Part of a one building duplex, the Sunrise unit is perfect for a small family.  Rent the whole duplex for larger families if desired.  One couple can stay in the Sunrise unit while another stays in the Sunset unit – you can have that valuable privacy while still being close-by. It’s a great way to go on vacation and still get to select your neighbors!
